At Fuddee, we aim to provide a seamless ordering experience while ensuring fairness to our Restaurant and Delivery Partners. This policy outlines the terms under which orders placed on our Platform may be cancelled.
Fuddee is owned and operated by M/s Spotsies Soul Foods LLP (LLPIN: ACS-2560).
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- Before Preparation: Cancellation allowed within limited window (typically 60 seconds) or before restaurant acceptance. Eligible for full refund.
- After Preparation Starts: Cancellation generally not permitted once status changes to Accepted/Processing/Preparing.
- Cancellation Fees: Fee up to 100% may apply if food preparation has begun.
2. Cancellation by the Restaurant Partner
- Unavailability of items
- Operational issues (equipment failure, power outage)
- High order volume overload
Resolution: Full refund to original payment method or Fuddee Wallet.
3. Cancellation by Fuddee
- Logistics Issues: No delivery partner available
- Security Concerns: Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical Errors: Pricing or system glitches
Resolution: Immediate notification and full refund processing.
4. No Cancellation After Dispatch
Once marked "Out for Delivery" or picked up, cancellation is strictly prohibited. Refusal to accept the order will be treated as Failed Delivery and no refund will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Incorrect delivery address
- Customer unreachable
- Customer not present at delivery location
6. Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders
- Fuddee Wallet: Within 24 hours
- Online Payments: 5–7 business days (bank dependent)
7. Policy Modifications
Fuddee reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
