Fuddee facilitates timely delivery through our partnered delivery agents. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation time. Fuddee is not responsible for independent delivery partner actions but assists in dispute resolution where possible.
Refunds are processed according to the reason for order cancellation, technical errors, or unsatisfactory service. All refund requests are handled via our support team at support@fuddee.com within 5 business days, subject to verification.
Orders may be canceled before the restaurant begins preparation. Once preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee. Fuddee reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to technical issues, suspected fraud, or unavailability of items.
