- Geographical Limits: You must be within a restaurant's delivery radius.
- Operating Hours: Subject to restaurant kitchen hours and local regulations.
- Logistics Availability: Based on real-time availability of Delivery Partners.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Preparation Time
- External Factors: Traffic, weather, peak-hour demand.
- Distance: Travel time from restaurant to your location.
Fuddee does not offer guaranteed delivery times and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
3. Delivery Charges
- Distance from restaurant
- Order value
- Demand surges and weather conditions
4. Order Handover & Responsibilities
- Packaging: Restaurant responsible for hygiene and sealing.
- Transit: Delivery handled carefully but taste/temperature not guaranteed.
- Address Accuracy: Customer must provide correct details.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Customer unreachable for 10+ minutes
- Incorrect/inaccessible address
- Refusal to accept correct order
Consequence: No refund will be issued in such cases.
6. Contactless & Secure Delivery
- Contactless option available
- OTP may be required for certain orders
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- Do not accept damaged orders
- Take photographs immediately
- Report to support@fuddee.com
